Reiki

Kevie had a headache yesterday so of course I told him to go lie down and relax. When I went in to check on him, he looked at me and said, “Mom, can you do reiki?” So, I rubbed my palms together, prayed, grounded myself, and did a little reiki and cord cutting. His headache went away, but he said to me, “Why aren’t you doing this for a living, mom?” It was one of those moments where I thought to myself, “Hmm” I love watching reiki. Reiki if anything is amazing ASMR. It was at some point while watching Reiki that I started kind of researching and experimenting. I do have two M’s on my palms. I actually have a lot of lines and marks on my palms that indicate healer energy. So, I practiced mostly on Ted, my Border Collie. He’d become so relaxed he’d essentially fall asleep on the spot. Kevie then wanted me to try it on him. He said he felt tingly, which is one thing that happens during reiki healing. My process is grounding myself entirely. Nervous system reset type business. Then I just pray to God for strength, for his guidance, for him to cover the person or Ted, and surround myself with white light from my Angels. It’s at a point now to where when Ted sees me rubbing my palms together, he runs towards me and sits practically in my lap.  Kevie now also asks for reiki. So the question I ask myself is, should this be something I look into?

I watch two reiki masters, Tip of the moon” whom I watch every single night and I love LOVE love reikifairy. Reikifairy is a Christian and a reiki master. It’s odd, isn’t it? A Christian who uses crystals and does reiki healing? Or is it? Isn’t it no different than faith healers? We’ve heard of “laying hands” in churches, so what makes reiki energy healing any different? Because you use selenite and amethyst? Needless to say, I’m really thinking about it now after Munch said that yesterday. I’d have to do a total detox for a few days to take the courses, but it may be worth it. I'll pray over it and see what unfolds.
